Fitness Trainer: Michael Hammond

Michael Hammond is both a personal trainer and a nutritional coach. He has worked with many clients in both weight gain and weight loss and has helped them achieve their individual fitness goals.

He became obsessed with the idea of self-improvement and quickly found the gym to be the best place to nurture and develop this passion. Throughout the process, he found out that the most important thing he took away from the gym wasn’t the muscle packed on or the new found confidence, but rather the discipline he gained that he could apply to all facets of his life.

He has now worked in tandem with Steven Kizorek to build and create this website to help spread his love for the gym and help all men reach their God-given potential.
